Unsure what Icons mean...

I just installed the BAT/BUG mod, and I'm not quite sure what the following information is...

It looks like an Espionage icon..but no other civs have this icon next to their scores...

Then a number, in this case 1.1 and an arm denoting strength??

Then an icon of a technology with the number 11 next to it?

I'm so confused!

Please translate this for me

the 1.1 looks like your espionage ratio with that civ and the other icon looks like that civ is researching machinery and it will be done in 19 turns.

The 1.1 refers to power ratio, not espionage ratio. In this case, it means that, according to the power graph (accessible via F9), the ratio of your power:their power is 1.1:1, or simply just 1.1. Thus, a higher number means your power is much higher than theirs, whereas a number less than one means that they are more "powerful" than you.

The Machinery icon and (19) means that civilization is researching Machinery, due in 19 turns. You know this because of your espionage versus them. If you want, in the BUG Options (CTRL+ALT+O), you can have it display the tech's name instead of its icon -- it works better for me.
