inuits should have some kind of ability, building or improvement involving tundra, possibly an igloo if it's either a building or improvement.
    crete is greek
etruscans were really close to rome, so i wouldn't bother with them either, they could work in a rise of rome scenario. their ability could be something to do with trade or war because those are pretty much the two things they did. or maybe culture if you want to do something with their religion, which was also pretty important.
    mitanni were also traders.

Inuit and Tibet are great ideas. But I find giving too many UU and UB for a civilization is a risk, or you have to rebalance it with a higher maintenance / cost / penalty.

the Crete civlisation should be called Minoan,

they incredibly effective traders and dominated the pre-Hellenistic Mediterranean before Santorini's eruption. It might be worth making their power related to the palaces and replace their building with something related directly to the bull leaping that they seemed to have obsessed over?

Axes feature heavily in minoan society so it might be worth looking there for their unit.

I wanted their trait to be like the "cultural diplomacy" policy(Gifted eesources increased by 100% and :c5happy: happiness from gifted luxuries increased by 50%:))

And i might add a unit called "Minoan Axeman" or something.

The Tibetan Empire mod v0.4 doesn't add another civilization when I try it. I normally play with the "Building made more fun" and "Simple Clock" mods but tried it with no other mods to rule out it being a interoperability problem.

    Did you write that mod?

I haven't had that problem with any other mods that add civilizations. I'm using the Babylonian/Mongolian, Inca/Spanish and Danish DLCs. Could that be causing the problem?

Also, for Crete maybe the trait should be something like +2 culture for every resource gained from trade. Because Crete was known to have traded with many different nations and mostly selling cultural pieces. Just a thought.

Yeah, the best Inuit leader I could find would be Eva Aariak. But she probably isn't the best choice, lol

OP'd Austria. I used your version except that i added 3 happiness to the opera house, improvised the trait, and made the KuK soldier slightly stronger.

Swag. Lol Thanks! Do you have an ETA on these? Or are they all in planning still? And sorry if the Inuit person sucks, they don't have much recorded history in reference to a "leader" of their people.

I have NO idea. It doesn't work for me either, but I borrowed the keshik graphics for the UU. Maybe if you enable the mongol scenario, but I don't know. I may or may not ask for help on the forum
