Update with latest patch without internet connection

HI,
I run the game on a PC that has no internet, so I cannot simply connect to steam and update. How exactly should I update the game up to the latest patch?

I guess I can install on other pc, then move the content to the other one, but would that work at all???

Any suggestions? As I am not really in a mood of purchasing wireless adapter for this PC, only to get steam to update it

You can copy the game's Steam folder over, but you will probably still need the Internet the first time it runs.
