Updating Windows on 100 PCs

Hia folks

I work in tech support. As we all know, windows has XXXXX updates to be installed. And I got 120 PCs to update...

Since I don't some of the updates to be installed, I usually reserve some time every month to (with some help) manually update the PCs. But I know there are programs that can do this from a central position. I'm trying to get a demo of Microsoft's "System center essencial" but I'd like to know if anyone here knows other programs.

Assuming you have a domain controller set up, you should be able to use SUS to do it.
