Could someone tell me how to upload screenshots that I took in the game? They are in steam but I can't figure out how to post them onto civfanatics.

That link in your sig only tells you how to create screenshots, not upload them to a post on the forum. I uploaded them using steam, now I just need to know how to post them here.... preferably using something like imgur

You can attach them directly to your posts by going into advanced mode and clicking Manage Attachments button or by uploading to imgur etc and linking the image using tag:

Ok I'm having a problem here. I can't get my photos from steam onto imgur. When I type the .jpg file into the search box to search my computer it says that the file could not be found. Here is the file name:
2013-05-30_00003.jpg

The screenshots are saved in Steam\userdata\your user ID\760\remote\8930\screenshots folder.

I know that... the screenshot file I showed above is from that folder. The thing I need to know is to somehow get the .jpg file to imgur.

Go to imgur.com, look at the 'upload images' section to the right, click 'Computer' button, navigate to the above folder, choose your image, click start upload. This also opens additional uploading options.
Seriously, though, if you have so much trouble with uploading to external site, you'd better use forum's attachment function. It's easier, I think.
