Uploads: Can you tell if someone has downloaded

Is there a way to tell if someone has downloaded a file that you have uploaded to the file server.

I have posted with a link to a file I uploaded.
Does it show anywhere how many times downloaded.

No there isn't (or at least there isn't one implemented), because the 'Uploads' feature just uploads the image to a file server.

If you 'attach' a file (max 100k) then that does tell you how many times it has been downloaded, but it can do that because it actually resides in the database and can be monitored easier than just a file on a server.

To pre-empt the next question, the uploads and forum database are, I believe, on different servers. The limit of 100k on attachments to the forum posts is to try and keep the forum server working efficiently and quickly.
