I am playing deity level in BTS game. I have a uranium mine working. I have the physics tech. But when I try to build an attack sub I can't - its' greyed out. When I check my resources, uranium is not there. The uranium mine is overseas so to confirm (using worldbuilder) I place a uranium mine on my home continent - no effect.
Fixed - I forgot I need fission.
