US Civil War Scenario is a work about 4 years in the making, to create a more accurate East US map, with a navigable Mississippi, Missouri, and Ohio river, and better artillery by adding mortars and horse artillery, and using primarilay Steam mods to create balance, so the player can swap their own choices in and out. And I've added a zip file here as well.
