USB Flash memory key help

OK I tired to install it on a smiliar computer that also has win98. The driver installs but does not work, it has a yellow ! on it.

I suggest you try Dell tech support.

A random option might be to try installing win98 service pack 1: http://www.softwarepatch.com/windows/win98sp1.html

Er, installing things might be more then a little difficult as the computer is no longer hooked up to the internet.

Figured out what was the problem with the key. the driver I installed was meant for win98SE.

I have the same problem with my memory key(lexar media) and my computer with windows 98.
I can't download the drivers either, because it isn't hooked up to the internet.
It works on my XP, thankfully.
