Utility for capturing biq info into xls

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a utility for exporting biq info into an xls table? I tried using Gramphos Civ3MMT tool but that doesn't do what I want.

It would make scenario creation a lot easier if I could see all units, improvements, techs, etc in table form.

No I haven't but this looks like what I need.
