v1.52 Serious multiplayer (hotseat) problem

Today i wanted to play Civ4 in hotseat mode with my friends and...

I don't see where i can choose scenarios to play in hotseat! There's just no option for that! It's incredible Firaxis could forget something so important...

Yes, for me it's the biggest flaw of the game.

Has anyone figured out the Civ4SavedGame format? If so, a game can be started as single-player and then the savegame can be edited to make it hotseat.

Also, I'll check the interface Python files to see if something can be done to add a scenario option to hotseat (although I doubt if it's possible).

No luck with the interface files, but I found out that it's possible to convert a single-player game to hotseat by simple hex-editing of the savegame file. I'll make a program that does it.

It may be possible to do it by starting another multiplayer type of game with a scenario and loading that as a hotseat game.

Man if someone finds a work around for hotseat that would be great!!!! I want EARTH MAP ON HOTSEAT !!! lol
