Aircraft can be set to intercept after being used.
Aircraft on intercept can be assingned new order.
So i could send aircraft to carrierr, set it to intercept, use it as scout, set to intercept and scout again (i was not in war, so i didnt tested attacking multiple times). I didnt try it in city, but i guess that it will work anywhere.
