v137: English Crossbowman?

It took me a second to realize what was wrong with this picture:

but Elizabeth shouldn't have any regular Crossbowman units. (I included a Longbowman in the screenshot to emphasize this.)

I guess it could've been a City-State gift or something, but I thought it seemed odd enough to bring to your attention, Thal.

Thanks for bringing this up.

Checking through the code... these things give units buildable in the capital:

• citystate gifts
• citystate capture
• partisans
• excess gold spending
• barracks recruitment opportunity

These are based on unit class:

• other opportunities
• starting units

I'm relatively certain I can rule these out. The only remaining source I can think of is major civ unit gifts. My guess is the crossbow was a tribute from another AI.
