V158.2 Babylon UA not working

A couple of different games playing as Babylon and no GS arrives when I discover writing.
Standard speed, size and Continents Plus.
I am using Info Addict and CivWillard

I rolled back and checked using 156.4 and the GS arrives no problem with the same settings as above...
