v3.4 - can't whip?

Did the whip for slavery get removed in RI? I see references to "sacrificing population causes less unhappiness" and occasional references to the whip in the game, but the option doesn't appear anywhere.even if I run Slavery civic.

I can get removing the whip for balance reasons, but I just wanted to be sure I'm not overlooking something.

Great mod by the way, I haven't had this much fun with Civilization in a long time, and it looks like the AI is somewhat more competent at fighting wars.

It was removed a while back because the AI would over-use it and be a danger to itself.

Yup. IIRC, 3.4 still has some artifacts of whipping (like Aztec UB), but for 3.5 it will be more definitively purged.
