V7.1b5: Working with Not Another City States Mod?

Hello,

I tried a game with Balance Combined (V7.1b5) and Not Another City States Mod (v 11) and I found out that the several (new) traits, e.g. prosperous, intellectual, don't work with your mod, because they have no effect.

A cultural CS works fine (I didn't find a maritime CS and was too late being in alliance with a military CS which were conquered by an AI player).

This maybe only a display issue, I don't know. But I like the idea having more traits for the city states.

I activated your mod first.
 
I haven't tried both of these together yet since the NACS mod is a bit experimental. If you could confirm if it's a display issue or not, that could help narrow down the problem. :)

Okay, I will give a try next time, currently I am playing without NACS (yours with my one).

Thal, did you consider about using more than 3 traits for the CS? Regardless of the NACS features I find that more traits would make the game more exciting. Maybe it's already in discussion state?
 
I've taked with Iceco about it and even gave him some help implementing his idea. I like the idea but have other priorities at the moment - I've been focusing on policies and resources lately.
