I would like to report on the test play in Japan.
Based on the Japan roleplay, I made sure that any adjacent foreign countries would go to war and not have their borders covered.
It was quite difficult to manage the stability level, and a civil war broke out after the annexation of Korea. (It might be the Meiji Restoration since it was just before industrialization)
Once the civil war was ended, we did not collapse, but annexed China, Mongolia, India and Persia, and built the Suez Canal.
It seems that the victory conditions have not been developed yet, so the game did not end even if the VP exceeded 1000.
