I had three games where America didn´t spawn - with Germany, France and Russia. In a game with England America only founded Washington and I barely saw any units of them. So I decided to start a game with America and I whitnessed something interesting: New York didn´t flip in the second turn and I didn´t got any additional units to the initial settler and minuteman. America seems somehow broken!

I started a second game with America only to get the same result. I upload the save-games in an extra post due to same names!

ah, yes it's a little glitch it ended up in that version.
No worries, I had already fixed it and next version will be fine
