I tried a Greece game, but I ended up losing around 1900 to a mega Germany. I wanted to turtle up and build wonders but in retrospect it wasn't a great idea, seeing as at the end of the game I only had around 600 points.
It was really difficult to keep up with tech so I lost most of the wonders to newly spawned civs or big estabilished empires like China, India and Germany.
I'm posting a few oddities I've found:
Rome is Arabia's capital city after collapse. Those are the only two cities left.
Something wrong with egyptian economy? I have a savegame for this if needed.
Kongo is mediterranean cities? Also, why is greece locked into war with them? One of the few possibilities to use their unique ability.
Super Spain collapses and everything goes to the same CS. They proceed to raze almost everything.
Russia collapses, odd choice for a new overlord by the most northern city.
I also tried a game with Phoenicia to see if the new Rome would pose a threat. But it collapsed by itself very quickly, not sure what happened there.
I ended up winning by 500 AD.
Not much to say, except that at some point i got declared on by Greece+Persia. They took my original capital (Sur) and my civ COMPLETELY collapsed. I think that probably it's still counted as a capital for the purposes of stability? (If you are wondering how I recovered, I didn't. Just realoaded a savegame XD)
Also the huns are never a problem in my games and always ask for peace in a few turns.
Persia never accomplishes anything more than conquering Babylon.
