Is there a reason that Babylon gets points only for Babylon? I moved my settler up one pip and founded Erbil and noticed my VPs were wanting despite having many wonders in it. I joined a war against India when invited by Persia (which I never intended to let up to mess with their VPs) but not getting VPs for my *****in' capital city not named Babylon made me quit at turn 190.

there is no VP for Babylonia yet. Where did you see that?
My mistake, Rhye! Apologies! I maybe mixed up Rome's "Make Rome the central of the world" with Babylon since it was also a pretty swanky metropole for its time. Maybe Hammurabi should get points for the Gardens, and conquering Jerusalem (canon achievments), possibly also for being the first to learn Code of Laws (referring to his eponymous Code)
