Various Problems with BTS

Here are the following issues I'm having:

When I installed BTS on my main account, I got the whole "please insert correct DVD-Rom" issue.

I did managed to solve this problem a little (after trying everything else including this link and others) by creating a limited account.

Now I just simply cannot find the BTS cache

can anyone please give me advice on what to do next?

Mine is in C:\Users\(my id)\AppData\Local\My Games\Beyond the Sword. I'm using Vista 64-bit.

I've tried that on my computer, but for some reason it's not showing cache.

maybe hidden? in windows explorer, Tools->Folder Options. View Tab. Hidden files and folders, select show. while you are there uncheck "hide extensions for known file types" too, if that irritates you.

Both of those drive me nuts.
