Vassal State

On RoM (I dont think it matters that I am playing RoM, but just in case):
How do I offer a leader to become my vassal state?

Can you please describe the steps? I assume it is under "Lets discuss something else", right?

... cant seem to figure it out. Or do I have to wait for them to ask me to become my vassal state?

You should ask into the RoM forum, I am afraid you will not get much answer here, since it is a forum for official mods.

It's in the trade screen, where all diplomacy is carried out. You need the Feudalism tech to enable it.
