Vassal States Question

I do not want Vassal Staes in my mod. How do I turn this off?

Would adding Option=GAMEOPTION_NO_VASSAL_STATES to my WBsave do the trick?
If I answered my own question I am sorry. I have been away from the game for a time. Now I want to make some changes to my mod before bringing it out.

It should work but i would make a backup of theWBs first because editing the WBs has caused crashes for me some times. If that doesn't work use the custom scenario option and select no vassal states but you will probably have to rebuild the map

Vassal states are enabled by techs.
-> remove the ability from the techs which have it.
If they can't be enabled, then they are off, aren't they ?
