There are B versions of the pedia icons with no riders - seems clearer to me. The unit_32 has civ color and is oriented in the same direction as the standard images. The unit_32 uses the same palette as the standard Conquests pcx - should be able to cut and paste directly into it.

Ares deserves mention in the artist credits. He made the sounds. all I did was nag.

Edit: don't need a preview but might be worth editing the OP to explain that "dual" means there is a white version also.
