Where do i get the version number from to see if there is a patch for my game just bought it?

I have build version 0.21.0.1674(40601) civ version 100 save version 100

go to patches and updates on the main page of civfanatics.com theres all the new patches and ofcourse u can go to the options menu and check for patches in civ4 itself.
