Very strange bug with text in game

I went to play CIV V today and I found this strange bug. ALL of the buttons in the game has turned to text. It looks something like this:

TXT_KEY_MODDING_SINGLE_PLAYER

Literally everything is in text. No buttons at all.

I really don't know what I did. It worked fine the last time I logged in to play.

If somebody could tell me how to take a screenshot of the game so you can get a better idea of what I'm experiencing, that would be great.

If somebody can let me know how to post a screenshot that would appreciated. I can't use the .tga format.

First, verify your game cache (Steam --> Library --> Right-click Sid Meier's Civilization 5 --> Properties --> Local Files --> Verify Integrity of Game Cache). If that doesn't help, follow the advice given by The_J in post #8 of this thread. If that doesn't help, are you using any mods?
