Very unlikely/obscure/never considered by others civs you'd enjoy in the game

I should have mentioned them before, but a group that I've thought of that might be interesting would be the Maasai. I know that they are more of a pastoralist group of people that do not live in permanent settlements but there is a Civ 5 mod of them so they might be doable.

As far as East Africa goes I'd even take them over the Swahili or Madagascar, especially if they were designed well.

I mean, after all the noise I made about them I'm not sure the Purépecha count as "never considered by others" on CFC anymore XD.
