Victory Issue

Hi All

So I won my latest game playing my own mod with a cultural victory. all was good except for the Victory Screen.
The cultural picture for two of my opponents where the correct race but incorrect pictures. This would seem an easy fix
either the Pediaicons.txt or I've labled the images the wrong way round...

I've checked, and double checked and checked again and everything looks just fine, any thoughts please.

I'm assuming Victory Screens are built from the Pediaicons.txt?
