Victory question

I have been playing CIV4 for years, and have never had a conquest victory. I am in a BTS game where 5 of my 7 rivals have capitulated. If they all do, does it count as a domination or conquest victory. Even after they all give up, I will still be under the 62% land mass I need for a domination victory. Hope some one can answer this.

Yes, a vassal counts as a conquered civ, so you'll win by conquest
