They seem unique to me. If they do use some copied ones, then it's far less than other NFP leaders.

Cool, so looks like there's 5 yield type bonuses, growth+housing, and then one each for civilian, military, or buildings. Next question - do they stack when you move the products around?

Trading with city states does not count for Kublai getting eurekas or inspirations.

Okay, this is big and really changes my balance perception of Vietnam:

Edit: Makes me wonder, then why did they specify it wasn't a specialty district? Just to clarify they weren't limited by population?

In the Vietnam portion I didn’t see any indication that forests or jungles can go on floodplains, or that non-floodplains tiles can flood. I also didn’t see that flood icon pop up out of place anymore.
