View failed quests toggle backwards

In Quest Log, "Show Failed Quests" checkbox appears to have its toggle function reversed. When checked, it does not show failed quests, and when unchecked, it does show failed quests. The "Completed Quests" check toggle appears to have the opposite (correct) effect.
