I am trying to download a mod (RFC Civilizations in abundance), which i have in winrar. I am using vista and when i try to extract to the BTS Mods folder, I get a "cannot create folder, access denied" error. I have tried searching on the net for a solution and making me the full administrator but to no avail. I was wondering if anyone has solved this . I have used winrar many times but it won't work for some reason. Same thing happened with "Blood and Iron"
