I like the idea of the developers to make every leader speak his language. Some voice acting is better, some is worse, but the idea is surely great. And I like elimination threads, but there wasn't any about the voice acting, so I decided to make one.
Rules are simple. Each leader starts with 20 points. You can give +1 point to leader voice you like most and -3 points to leader voice you like least. You must have a reason for your votes. You can vote once per 24 hours. Before you vote, make sure you listened to voice acting of leaders. OK, lets start!

Here you can listen to the VA of all leaders: https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL4F981418ED7354E3

Hiawatha (Mohawk) - 20
Isabella (Spanish) - 20-3=17 - Well, she doesn't show much emotions in her speech. She doesn't seem to be shocked when defeated, or much angry when you declare war on her. She sounds boring, and that's the reason for my downvote.
Kamehameha (Hawaiian) - 20
Maria I (Portuguese) - 20
Maria Theresa (German) - 20+1=21 - We have surely better voiced leaders, like Enrico Dandolo or Augustus. People are complaining that she sounds snobby and annoying, but that is the reason why I like her voice acting! She sounds like a pompous aristocrat, and she's supposed to sound so! I would vote for someone better, but I think Maria Theresa will be amongst the first eliminated, so I just wanted to give her one meaningless nudge.

Suleiman 20 +1 = 21

I love how billowing and fun his voice is. Combined with the strange bottom-up camera angle you get on his leader scene and its pretty impressive.

Nebuchadnezzar II 20 - 3 = 17

Not really Firaxis's fault on this one, spoken Akkadian is nigh impossible to get right. Dude mostly communicates in grunts.

Isabella (Spanish) - 17-3=14 - As I said (or wrote), she doesn't show nearly any emotions. She doesn't sound like she's talking to you, she sounds like she's reading a sign. Plus, she sounds too young, almost like a teenager.

Pacal (Yucatec Mayan) - 20
Pachacuti (Northern Quechua) - 20
Pedro II (Brazilian Portuguese) - 20+1=21 - Pedro. He sounds respectable, old, somewhat sad and slightly annoyed by your presence. In hate state, he speaks coldly and hostile. When defeated, he sounds sad. Pedro surely has one of the best voices in game, and totally deserves an upvote.

Augustus Caesar (Latin) - 20+1=21 - Augustus' voice actor does a great job. Augustus sounds bored, uninterested and, like Pedro II, slightly annoyed by your presence. And combined with his in game appearance and the leaderscreen... That dust in air, and boring room... His voice is simply one of the most believable in game.

Nebuchadnezzar II (Akkadian) - 17-3=14 - I would downvote Isabella (and I'll do that in next post), but I don't want to still vote for same leader, so I decided him. As MantaRevan said, he mostly communicates by grunts. Yeah, the voice actor isn't doing a bad job in making him sound crazy, but I don't think this is the best portrayal of Nebby.

Ahmad al-Mansur (Moroccan Arabic) - 21+1=22 - My upvote goes to Ahmad too. Calm, friendly voice in neutral state, somewhat cold and unfriendly in hate state. The voice actor expresses Ahmad's emotions just perfectly.

Harun al-Rashid (Arabic) - 20
Hiawatha (Mohawk) - 20
Isabella (Spanish) - 14-3=11 - Reasons for my downvote are pretty much same as before, boring, unnatural, teenager's voice with lack of emotions. In my opinion, this is the worst of all leaders.

Enrico Dandolo (Venetian) - 20+1=21 - Enrico has one of the voice actors that deserve a spot in top ten. He sounds like an old and skilled leader, and when he gets angry, his voice is even better! It's greedy and hateful! And he sounds greedy and hateful when he declares war on you. When defeated, he sounds broken and sad. And I love his reaction on DoW: "You have revealed your purposes too soon, my friend!", which is, combined with his animation during the scene, and music in background, one of the best lines of all leaders. Enrico Dandolo is simply one of my favourites.

Gandhi (Hindi) - 20+1=21 - It was surely harder to pick good voice actor when we have records of Gandhi's voice. And Firaxis still managed to get a good voice actor! Gandhi's voice actor sounds like a peace lover, who sounds sad when he "declares" war on you, and broken when defeated. And his voice is similar to the voice of real Gandhi. Nice job here!

Elizabeth (English) - 20-3=17 - "WOULD YOU BE INTERRESTED IN A TRADE AGREEMENT WITH ENGLAND?" She deserves a downvote just for this incredibly annoying quote.

Washington (English) - 20 -3 = 17 Gets todays downvote for sounding too much like Bill Clinton in the 1990s.

Pacal (Yucatec Mayan) - 17-3=14 - Pacal has one big problem - like Isabella, he sounds like he's reading a sign. But this time not in teenager's voice, this time it's in robot voice.

Harald Bluetooth (Danish) - 20+1=21 - I know he shouldn't speak Danish, but Old Norse, but there is something I really like on his voice. Maybe it's how friendly he sounds in peace and then how his voice sounds bloodthirsty in hate state. Or it's that he sounds that he likes to go to war with you. In DoW, he laughs. In reaction to DoW, he laughs too. Good job here.

Nebuchadnezzar II (Akkadian) - 11-3=8 - The only thing that saves Pacal to go before him is his great laugh as reaction on DoW. Nebby, on the other hand, sounds boring, unnatural, and deserves to go now.
