Well, if we are, nay, for one particular nitpick. I don't like "$1000 rebate". How much does the typical installation cost? What's the range of costs? Why just one thousand, why not 50% or 25% + $1000 or something scaled to reality? The "$1000 rebate", itself and with no further specification, doesn't seem very well thought out.

The reason why it is only $1000 is because if it would be much more it would be to big for my environ budget, unless downtown is willing to give me more.
