W32.Silly.DC Virus and Tojan horse BackDoor.Generic8.XHE virus

Well it seems I have these two viruses, I'm not sure where the first one came from but the Trojan seems to have come when I was trying to open my USB for some reason...anyway how do I get rid of them? I've done an AVG virus scan but it hasn't found them so far...

Avast! and Spybot Search & Destroy. As well as a scan with HijackThis ( Google all of them, I would give links, but Im lazy)
