Well, that is the point... we're protacting a double standard here because we're legally allowed to.

The purpatrators of the first WTC were tried in public court and are in jail today... it would be more expensive, but I think it would be worth it. The contreversy over the prisoners has just distracted from the overall purpose of the war and the crimes they committed.
