Waiting for other civilizations forever problem

Hello guys!

my problem is the next:first i use a dell laptop with windows 7,rom and a new dawn.
at a certain turn of playing and hitting the end turn button,it justs shows the "waiting for other civilizations" forever.Can i do something?

You need to move your last save to the publicmaps folder of your ROM Mod. You will lose progress on buildings but you will have your cities, units, etc...

Sorry once there you will have to load it like a scenario so you might want to rename it.

try clicking on the minimap. i can't remember where i heard this but it worked for the problem you are describing for me.

could u explain what u mean, cause first i have no "publicmap" folder in my ROM folder,
and how could i load a save game as a Scenario?

if someone else should have this problem:
download "a new dawn 1.74" + "1.74 Patch E"
that solve the problem.

to put ur save game in the "privatmaps" folder in ur ROM folder, and load it like a scenario, doesnt work.

I doubt savegames from RoM are still compatible once you installed AND though. Hence your solution will only work for new games.

The only available solution at the moment is to install the AND mod 1.74H or go for "Rise of Mankind - A New Dawn" instead.
