War Academy Requests

I searched civfanatics for a Civ 5 War Academy request thread and I came up short. So I figured I start one. If you have a War Academy request then post it here.
Hopefully someone with the skill and the drive to write the articles will eventually look at this thread and feel inspired.

I will kick off the thread with a request for a Byzantine Article.
