When I just made peace with an AI player, bot sides hadn't lost much of their units/cities, I see 'War weariness X' and a number is where the 'X' is. What does that mean?
Is this the amount of War weariness I 'spread' in the country of my opponent or is this the amount I 'gain' in my country.

Sometimes I see 'Cannot Declare War' on an opponent', why can't I declare war on him/her?

Where can I find info about the music in Civ4 and expansions?
I send an e-mail to Firaxis-Civ4, the immediately placed my e-mail(without asking me) on a forum under 'Technical Problems' and replied in that topic with 'Your question is not a technical one.' Lame.

How can I see the battle animations from my opponents? I can see my own but not the rest even when I have 'See enemy/friendly moves' on.
You could see the battles in Civ3. I asked this in the 'Customization etc.' forum but they didn't know anything about it.
I just like to see...battles. ;)

If I place a city on a resource, will I gain that resource?

I don't want to build any forts but I still want my workers on automated, how do I do this?

Can I increase/decrease the aggressiveness of the AI per Civ? Like, I want AI civ 1 to be aggressive and AI civ 2 to be passive etc.

Some of these questions could be better asked in another part of the Civ4 forum, do I have to split my topic and spread it to where it belongs or is it not a problem at all.

It is the amount of war weariness you gain.

So that players don't abuse trades you now cannot declare war with a trade partner until after ten turns have passed from that trade. Such as buying a tech for x :gold:/t and than declaring the next turn to nullify the deal.

There is an option to watch battles in your options menu.

Yes

There is no option to keep automated workers from building forts, but there is an option to keep them from changing existing improvements.

Yes and no. Certain civs are already known to be aggressive, like Izzy with a different religion and others are known to be more peaceful (Ghandi). About the only way to pick aggressive/passive AI's is by knowing which ones are which.

Yes and no. More specialized questions should be asked in their area, as you'll probably get more detailed answers there. A thread regarding something specific that isn't in the correct forum will more than likely be moved by one of the moderators to its correct forum.

Thanks for the help.

I've looked everywhere, I couldn't find any option at all. I ment to see the battles between my opponents. Not between me and an opponent.
Like in CIV3.

You can only see battles between your opponents if you have a field of view of the conflict. So if you have a unit in the area, or they are fighting near your borders you'll see it, but otherwise you won't. Which is much more realistic than it was in Civ 3. If you want to keep an eye on what's happening, just send in some Spies.
