It sounds like another one of those things from a Tom Clancy novel that was supposed to stay fiction.

Like when someone used a Jumbo Jet Passenger Plane in a suicide attack against a huge building and killed multiple hundreds.

I guess the cartels could always murder back (or send a few assassins like Iran), but if the USA military goes crazy it is a frightful thing.

Hopefully nobody nukes the Super Bowl.
