Well, it's happened a bunch of times now.
If I'm gearing up for a major war (unprovoked) by switching to a military readiness, I've been attacked by my neighbors (whom were my original targets anyway) within turns of switching.
I'm not really complaining, it sure helps when all my people are happy 'cuz of that weird "rally behind the leader when attacked mentallity" rather than the "I can't believe we're at war again" unhappiness thing.
Has anyone else noticed this?
