war when you reach 2 of the 3 UHV targets

Hi guys,
I'm using BTS and the latest version of this mod (1.81).
It's already three times that as soon as I reach the 2nd target for my UHV a couple of AI civs declare war on me.

Is is a coincidence or there is a built-in mechanism for it?
Honestly the first time it happened I was thinking at a coincidence.
the second time I was suspicious... but the third time was really stinking!

In my last match I was playing Russia.
I had a Khmer, Turkey, and Germany as vassals.
The first 2 voluntary the last after capitulation.

Finally I build apollo program (largely before 1950) and at the same turn Mongolia and Germany declare war on me!!!!
Is it possible the coincidence that Germany was able to go out of vassallage, and declare war against me together with Mongolia at the same time of my second UHV target?
It seems too much of a coincidence, and what I could see was only the war declaration (Germany didn't become Mongolian's vassal).

I just blame a jealous AI for doing so. I routinely get DOW'd on when I finish the Taj Mahal or get a triumphal arch, usually by Arabia, Mongolia, Spain or Germany. It's their personalities.

I think you just have a coincidence. I've achieved a lot of UHVs and can't recall ever getting a DOW with the Triumphal Arch.

The AIs do seem to declare war more frequently at the beginning of a Golden Age. I don't think it has anything to do with UHVs directly.
