Three replacement title screens.

Depending on your game version, either rename your original title.pcx in Civ3/Art or rename your original x_title.pcx in Civ3/Conquests/Art so that it doesn't get copied over.

Copy and paste the new version into the above folder and rename it either title.pcx (Civ3) or x_title.pcx (Civ3Conquests).

No text has been added to the pictures.

Very nice! I think the Space Marine one's the best.
