Truly no one has the 1.5 version? Or it was the 0.15 version? Anyone interested on picking up development on this?

I see 0.13 has made it to moddb

However I can't find any traces of 1.4 or 1.5 either. If anyone has a copy I'll upload it to CivFanatics as well as the ModDB page to ensure it's never lost again.
