I think we need to focus on the navy and so on.

Rome is pressed into a corner, and very capable infantry/macemen/pikemen/catapult units would do the job just as well. As you said, double city raider riflemen is a very relevant unit for this. As the Romans are far behind in tech, I think Cavalry would be overblown. If we can bring this war all the way to Ravenna before we take a break, then we are talking.

I support the route for steam machine and railroad, and I think this is where we need to focus. Getting railroad, coal resource and so on is quite critical for our mapping of a new strategy. Intelwise quite critical.

3 warriors, 7 axe, 22 mace, 2 spear, 6 pike, 14 cats, 3 musket;
2 caravel, 2 galleon.

Under build:

2 rifle, 2 mace, 4 galleon.

I think we are good right now, possibly throw in 3-4 more catapults and we should be good.

What conditions would you like to be satisfied before we declare our next war?

You mean the wrap-up war with Rome after this ?

I think less war-weariness (10 + turns would do during the cease fire)
We got just about enough troops during the war for the next war.
Another declare war poll (you can handle that as Chieftain)
Another pro-forma war objective poll (I can handle that, ideally all Roman cities)

To be honest, if we can take Ravenna by the beginning of the next turnchat (not this one), we could also take the Civic change already then. After Ravenna, we do not need vassalage at all, and we can move on from serfdom to another civic. So I also think you can begin to prepare for a civic change next turnchat, 10-12 turns from now.

If all these stacks are in place, we should go for it, even at 75 % of the manpower in these stacks.

Why do we need more polls? If someone really wants to try and stop the war from continuing they can post a poll. Otherwise I think the ball is rolling. Time to destroy Rome.

I think so to, but you got the Squibblers Party, that only pops up to make the game experience miserable to us strategy players. We simply need to poll this in order to shut them up. Even then, they come up with some flamy remarks.

Even then, the war proved my points 100 % on my strategy and predictions. All criticisms to my warplanning is hereby rebutted, and I want no monkey talk about cavalry again for a long time! (HAIL Double City raider riflemen).

Right now there is nothing to poll. Caesar won't talk peace anyway, so looks like we just crush his military and absorb his land.

You should promote Khan's Gatebreakers next turn (I propose combat 2) and upgrade them to a rifleman. It received it's last exp. point during the last turn of my TC.
