Warlords 2.08: Floating Building Graphics

As seen in this screenshot, I'm getting strange floating buildings and wierd city walls after upgrading to 2.08.

I think that's simply a village or hamlet over there in the grass.

Look at the shadows. Also, when I rotated the camera view, the buildings still appeared to be floating.

Morale of the story is don't build cities in the mountains?

Was this happening in v2.0.0.0?
