The Sun Tzu "Art of War" improvement movie doesn't play; I just get a pop-up of solid blue.

Get the same thing, and can anyone build galleys when you get the sailing tech because I can't seem to. In the scenario briefing it says you can use them to navigate the rivers. Otherwise fun scenario

I could not build galleys. I did not own a city on the ocean coast, though (only river coast). I think this might be the reason.

I couldn't build galleys either, and I'm pretty sure you're supposed to be able to build them on rivers, based on the convenient access you thus get to other cities. Otherwise, only Wen and Yan would be able to build galleys, and that's not entirely balanced.

I also get no wonder movie for Sun Tzu's Art of War. I figured they were just lazy and didn't make a wonder movie, seeing as they recycled other movies for the other wonders.

The other error I get is that it doesn't prompt me to build anything in a conquered city. Ok, once I know about it I can manually select a building after taking the city, but it's annoying the first time you stop to think why all 6 of your recent acquisitions are doing sweet sweet nothing for your empire.
