Warlords: Error message at the start?

Hi all,

I recently installed Warlords onto my new PC. It was running fine the day before, very well, infact. So, I go to bed and this morning, I wake up, pop the CD in, I get an error message saying "Windows cannot run Civ IV Warlords and an error message has been created", etc, etc. Now I have no idea what is wrong. Has anyone else had this problem before?

Any chance that you popped in Civ4 CD and not Warlords CD?

Follow this procedure to enable logging: http://www.2kgames.com/civ4/support_logging.htm. Note that this is for original civ4, you need to go to a different folder for Warlords. Post the init.log, and we shall see where are you crashing.
