Warlords: invisible unit

I watched an AI destroyer pillage my fish. Then, the destroyer disappears. Here's a screenshot, and another screenshot of an immediate WB load with the unit visible.

Also below is a saved game if anyone wants to see. I quit and reloaded the game and it still did the same thing.

weeeeeird. But were it the Celts? I could believe that. Magical, they are! They make soups that make Gallic Warriors stronger than Praetorians! Sure they can make a Destroyer go away

(I just thought it were the Celts because you have Tolosa, although it was somewhat much culture..)

Edit: after zooming on the pic I saw that Brennus was eliminated
