Warlords Patch 2.08 Released!

I'm at work, so hopefully this is true... since it'll be my birthday present then! :D

v1.00 to v2.08...

Hmm, I loaded up Warlords, and went to the check for updates button. It says that I've had the latest version!

I think I'll try it again in a couple of hours.
 
Just got the 122 mb version; unzips to 2 folders with patch exe's; one folder called 'Protected' (64.1 MB) and the other 'Unprotected' (59.1 MB).

Which one should I use?
 
I have downloaded the file, but will wait to install it. Seems an odd way to release a patch.
 
I think it'd be wise to avoid this until an Offical Announcement is made by someone from Firaxis. The Warlords website makes no mention. I bet it's not legit.
